By downloading, installing, or using the TeuHue app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

TeuHue is an iOS application that provides AI-powered photo transformation services:

  • Upload photos for AI-based transformation
  • Apply different artistic or stylistic filters
  • Download and save transformed images to your device

3. User Accounts

Access to the App requires authentication via Apple Sign-In:

  • You must have a valid Apple ID to use the App's core features
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Apple ID
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

4. User Content

  • You retain full ownership of the original photos you upload
  • By uploading content, you grant TeuHue a limited, non-exclusive license solely to process and transform your images
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload and transform any content
  • You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

5. Intellectual Property

  • The TeuHue App, including its design, source code, features, and branding, are the exclusive property of TeuHue
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App according to these Terms

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

  • In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • To upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
  • To interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect the App or its servers
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or user accounts
  • For any commercial purpose not explicitly permitted by TeuHue

7. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes third-party services, including AI processing APIs:

  • Your use of the App constitutes acknowledgment that data may be processed by these third parties
  • TeuHue is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TEUHUE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
