a. Personal Information via Apple Sign-In

  • When you choose to sign in using Apple Sign-In, we receive authentication information from Apple. Depending on your choices, this may include your name and email address.
  • We use this solely for account creation and authentication purposes.
  • We do not collect or store your Apple ID password.

b. User-Provided Content (Photos)

  • To use the core functionality of the App, you will upload photos.
  • These photos are sent securely to third-party AI service providers for processing.
  • Source photos are retained temporarily for processing and normally deleted within 24 hours.
  • Generated images are stored in your private TeuHue library until you delete the image or your account.

c. Face Data Collection and Use

  • What face data does the app collect? The app collects facial image data uploaded by users for the purpose of image processing.
  • How is face data used? Face data is used solely to provide image processing features within the app. It is not used for identification or authentication.
  • Is face data shared? Face data is not sold or shared with any third parties except for our AI processing partners.
  • How long is face data retained? Source photos containing faces are normally deleted within 24 hours. A generated image may remain in your private library until you delete it or your account.

d. Device and Usage Data

  • We collect app interaction, device, diagnostic, and crash information to operate and improve TeuHue.
  • We use a device messaging token to deliver generation and optional style-drop notifications.
  • We use Firebase for analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, and messaging.

e. Purchases and Support

  • Apple processes purchases. RevenueCat helps us validate purchases and keep your credit balance in sync.
  • If you contact support in the App, we collect the email address and report details you provide so we can respond.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for purposes including:

  • Providing, operating, and maintaining the App's functionality
  • Improving, personalizing, and expanding the App's features
  • Understanding and analyzing how you use the App
  • Communicating with you for customer service or updates
  • Preventing fraudulent activity and ensuring security
  • Complying with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information under the following circumstances:

  • AI Processing: We share source photos with third-party AI providers solely to create the transformation you request.
  • App Operations: Firebase supports analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, and notifications. RevenueCat supports purchase validation and credit synchronization.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law.
  • Business Transfers: If TeuHue is involved in a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred.

4. Data Retention

  • Source Photos: Normally deleted within 24 hours after upload.
  • Generated Images: Retained in your private library until you delete them. Soft-deleted results are normally removed from storage within 30 days.
  • Account Information: Retained while your account is active. Account deletion removes the account and associated private content, while a limited deletion record may be retained for security and compliance.
  • Analytics and Diagnostics: Retained according to our service providers' settings and only as long as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the App.
  • Support Reports: Retained as long as needed to resolve the report and maintain appropriate support records.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

6. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access: You may request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Deletion: You can delete your account within the App or by contacting us.
  • Manage Apple Sign-In Data: You can manage information shared via Apple Sign-In through your Apple ID settings.

7. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. We use secure protocols (like HTTPS) for data transmission.
